Inke A. Noel, Principal of InkeDesign

Inke A. Noël | Founder

Lead Graphic / UI / Visual Designer

Inke, founder and principal, launched InkëDesign in 2002. Since then, her design skills have helped establish dozens of brands, from small local businesses to large government agencies, and have impacted thousands of users.

She grew up between Germany and the United States. Armed with a business degree from Skidmore College, she landed in San Francisco and started her design business in 2002.

Her design aesthetic - clean, functional, and intuitive - has since shaped brands of all kinds and sizes. Inspired by the world around her, Inke thrives on collaboration and loves engaging with clients and team members to help create the vision, experience, and results.

Fun Fact: Inke is a native German speaker, and has traveled widely. In college, she was an All-American, Div III Nationals-winning tennis player, and in 2013, she was inducted into the Skidmore Hall of Fame.

Jens-Peter Jungclaussen, Partner at InkeDesign

Jens-Peter Jungclaussen | Partner

UX / Design Strategist

Peter is a creative problem solver, a true out-of-the-box thinker, and a genius at synthesizing complex systems into clear design.

Originally from Germany, Jens-Peter has a Masters Degrees in Biology, Physical Education, and Education from Christian Albrecht Universität in Kiel. He moved to San Francisco in 2002.

Peter has founded and consulted for multiple experiential and educational companies and produced large-scale public events. These include the bio-diesel, solar-powered Teacher Bus that brought more than 4000 Bay Area students on free nature trips, the Magic Bus, an experiential tour of the 60s in San Francisco. He produces the live soccer events at Civic Center in collaboration with SF Rec & Park. He also works with Brightday, an app that improves your posture during the workday.

Fun Fact: Peter is a devoted surfer, at one time ranked 26th in the world in Pro Windsurfing. He is also fluent in both German and Spanish. 

 
 

Nathan Filbrandt  |  Graphic Designer 

Nathan is a multidisciplinary designer with a passion for creating meaningful connections through his work. He enjoys working across various forms of media and is always looking for new and creative ways to bring ideas to life.

After spending more than five years as a video professional, he shifted his focus towards graphic design and received his BFA from California College of the Arts where he graduated with honors.

Throughout his career, Nathan has collaborated with a diverse range of clients, from small non-profits to large multinational businesses, each with unique goals and objectives. Whether it’s print, digital, video, or motion graphics, he possesses the creative aptitude and technical knowledge to make it happen. Nathan is dedicated to his craft and views it as a lifestyle rather than just a job.

Fun Facts: While working as a videographer for CarBuzz, Nathan once found himself as a passenger in an SIAI-Marchetti S.211 military training jet, hitting 5 gs and doing barrel rolls over the Eldorado Mountains in Nevada.
